Presently, GagaPhone offers prepaid worldwide international long distance to most customers that reside in the following countries: United States, Canada, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, Peru, Venezuela, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Singapore, Turkey, Austria, United Kingdom, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand. For customers who reside in other countries, email an inquiry to support@gagaphone.com as service may be available.

Our all digital network is available to customer with traditional phone service without switching telephone companies. We do not charge a monthly fee, we do not have a minimum monthly billing requirement nor do we have a minimum call length. We do not have any hidden fees at all. Setting up an account is easy. To prevent fraud and keep our rates low, we do require proof of identity before activating service. To create your GagaPhone account, click on the link below. Next, fax or email a copy of the one page of your phone bill (for any number you wish to be able to place calls from - ex: home, mobile or business phone) showing your name, address and phone number. Most GagaPhone accounts are activated within 1 - 24 hours upon receipt of the documents.

GagaPhone General Restrictions

Purchases made using a non-verified or third-party Paypal account are subject to a three-day waiting period or cancellation.
Accounts unused for six sequential months will be cancelled and the remaining balance forfeited.

Do I have to change my phone company?

No. GagaPhone is compatible with most local phone companies.

How does it work?

GagaPhone will assign you an access phone number to dial when making international phone calls. In most areas, calling the access number will be at no cost or much cheaper than an international call. Our system will then prompt you to dial the international phone number you wish to reach. The call will then be connected and debited from your prepaid GagaPhone balance.

What are the steps to make an international call?

1) Dial the access number from your home, work or mobile phone.
2) Enter the number you wish to call.
3) Talk. Hang up when you are finished.

What happens when my prepaid balance runs out?

When your balance gets low, we will send you an email reminding you to add funds. When the balance reaches $0.00, no additional calls will be allowed until you recharge the account. You will not be charge automatically - you must add funds on your own.

Do you offer refunds for wrong numbers or fraudulent use?

To help keep our prices low, we have a no refund policy. If you are concerned about fraudulent use, our system can prompt you to enter a ten digit PIN number each time you call the access number. If you choose to share your PIN number, your phone or access number, your prepaid account will be debited for all calls. Since funds are not automatically added to your account, your loss would be limited to the prepaid balance of your account.

What caller-id will the people I call see?

In most countries, the caller-id of the phone you are using the place the call will be displayed on the recipient's caller-id. However, due to variations in the phone networks around the world, we do not guarantee caller-id.
